Girona Airport Spain | Barcelona Tourism | Catalonia Travel
“La Barca”. Now let me tell you one thing on Barcelona. It’s not only the address of what a lot of followers believe to be the greatest soccer teams of Spanish League. And I learned this just after my trip there this summer. This beautiful city is undisputedly very under-rated as a hot tourist location. This has possibly worked out for the best because unlike other “notorious” tourist hot spots, this place is totally undamaged by the horde of tourists which, though good for the economy of the region, ruin the major intention of a vacation – “Getting away from the city for a quiet time.” You can easily get through to Barcelona Via Girona airpor,t cheaply.
The first thing I noticed about the city was its very individual design. You surely have to give credit to Antonio Gaudi for his inimitable style and extremely personal concepts. Gaudi was the Catalan Architect who almost single handedly gave the city its distinct buildings. One thing that most impressed me about Barcelona is sheer amount of good Barcelona tourism and Barcelona Hotels.. And not just those unpleasant cramped ones, but also the gigantic lavish historical hotels which can really enhance your stay. Your trip of Barcelona does not have to end at the steps of your hotel. Barcelona isn’t called “La Gran Encisera” – the Great Enchantress for nothing. With its medieval styled history and art, it’s a great destination spot for travelers, especially the history freaks. Many of the historical hotels are based in what is locally identified as the Gothic Quarter. The charming streets are built in a romantic gothic style and are lighted with street lamps designed in the same fashion. This makes the hotels’ locations very well-located for sight-seeing areas. Although a little heads up, if you plan your trip to Barcelona the off seasons, you can often bargain for a much better rate. I’ve known frequent travelers to get up to 40% off the recommended price. Do not be afraid to ask for a discount, talk to you receptionist.
While this is all good for living in hotels, there’s also another aspect of living in the Barca- the Apartments. A traditional apartment has all that you would dream for a secure stay. After spending some time in Spain, you would always want to go back. But an apartment in Barcelona, either for selling or rent, can turn out to be your second home. Your accommodation in Barcelona also comprise of a lot of additional benefits of vacations in Eastern Spain. Plenty of pleasant beaches close by, as well as amenities complete the so-called “Spanish Mediterranean experience”. In fact, there are many Barcelona apartments close to both the beach and the famous Las Ramblas, combining the attraction of the sea with the royal historic cente of the city. And of course there are all the rather sensibly charged bars and restaurants that you may find all over the city. But then again we wouldn’t anticipate any less of what is generally claimed to be the funky town of Spain. The route via Girona Airport is more affordable than the Barcelona airport. The girona Airport car hire and Girona Airport Transfers are quite cheaper and comfortable.
